The Qt libraries are shipped as separate DLL files, so you can replace them with your own build. Qt also contains some code from other authors under its own licenses: licenses used in Qt.

The programs are compiled with Nuitka (Apache License 2.0) and packaged with Inno Setup. Neither is part of the programs themselves.
